1. The pyrolysis reactor is manufactured with good material of Q245R boiler plate which is high pressure and temperature resistance , 16mm thickness , it is rotating when production ,thus ensures the raw material can be heated evenly and faster. The thickened insulation layer minimizes heat loss.
2. Carbon black is conveyed in a sealed condition to achieve pollution-free and the slag is discharged out automatically through the screw conveyor.
